Nickel alloys fall between the stainless steels and the exotic materials and are commonly used in inorganic acids and chloride-bearing environments. Also known as “High Temperature Alloys” or “Super Alloys“. Nickel alloys exhibit higher resistance to stress-corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice attack as compared to stainless steels. Nickel Alloys are widely used in the manufacture of industrial components, as they are ductile and can be easily formed and welded.
Labdhi Engineering & Co. is an international distributor of high temperature alloys such as Nickel 200, Inconel® Alloy 600, 601, 625, Incoloy 800H/HT, 825, Monel® Alloy 400 and Hastelloy® Alloy C276 pipe, bar, wire, plate, flange, valves, fittings and fasteners.
Reflecting the evolving range of demands for this material, a wide variety of nickel-containing super alloys have been developed since their introduction.
Within our comprehensive list of seamless pipes and tubes, you will find a range of nickel alloy tubing’s to suit your requirements. In addition to standard sizes, our specialty is to stock and supply thin walled nickel alloy tubing. We can customize the thickness, outside diameter and length for our customers. Incoloy seamless tubes, Hastelloy seamless tubes and Inconel seamless tubes can be offered in outside diameter of 8mm and higher, while the minimum thickness offered could be as low as 0.6 mm.
Our range of nickel alloy pipes and tubing’s are widely used for critical applications in industries like oil & gas, aviation, aerospace, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and natural gas.
Our stock of nickel alloy pipe, tubing, bar, sheet and plates includes various grades such as Nickel: Alloy 200 and 201, Hastelloy: Alloy C22, C276 and B2, Incoloy: Alloy 800, 800H, 800HT and 825, Monel: Alloy 400, K500 and Inconel: Alloy 600, 625, 718.
We would like the opportunity to be your supplier for the above mentioned alloys.
